We will be out of the office November 7 through December 11, 2018. During this time we HOPE to have access to email, but there’s a chance we will not. If we do, we will respond to your email within a day or two; if you don’t get a response from us, it is only because we did not receive it. That said, we DO know that we will NOT have any telephone access, land-line or mobile, while we’re away, so don’t bother calling. We apologize for whatever inconvenience this may cause and look forward to being back and fully functional on December 12.

Policies

  1. If we need to create your logo from scratch, a one-time art charge of $45.00 is assessed.
  2. We ask 30 days from the order being placed to get it to you (CONUS addresses) without a rush charge being applied. For rush delivery 30-15 days from day of need, add a $30.00 rush charge. If you want the chair in less than 15 days (and it’s possible to deliver on time), a $60.00 rush charge is applied.
  3. Shipping to CONUS addresses for swivel chairs, armchairs and rocking chairs is $50.00. Please call for details if the chair is to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or elsewhere. Mailing to overseas FPOs is now an option.
  4. Our factory is closed the first two weeks of every July and approximately 10 days each Christmas.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.
  5. Pictures are sold matted and framed, and price includes S/H to any CONUS or FPO/APO address.
